The first activity of the day was the dedication of the new bell tower. Now, the bell tower has been there since I came in August, but the bells are new. They were imported from France, and were very expensive. Fu-Hsing can now say they have the tallest bell-tower in Taiwan. To celebrate, there were drummers, fireworks, dragon dancers, and balloons!
