Oh dear...
I'm very comfortable flying. But every so often when we're landing or taking off I think about that documentary I saw as a teenager about how almost all airplane crashes happen on take off or landing. I just saw the news that an Air France flight crashed landing in T.O. I hope it's not as bad as it looks in the picture.

Yeah, I just read about that on Yahoo news (while waiting to get on my next flight). I too remember the statistics about taking off and landing, but I counted it up and I'm approaching 100 airline flights in my life and no problems yet! I always focus during take off and landing just in case.
