Grading Purgatory

Alas, as the foreign teacher who has been at Fu-Hsing the longest, you would think I would be smarter than this. I am up to my ears in pen pal letters, interviews, and notebooks, and have more grading to do than I ever have. Yesterday and today are half days at school, which is usually cause for vacation, but instead I spent 8 hours sitting on the couch grading penpal letters yesterday and I will be doing the same today with notebooks. Alas. Well, at least I know that the pen pal letters mean something to the kids and it's better than just another test.
