So, last week we went to the brand new Bau Bau spa, "Bali in Taipei." Kathleen and I both have a thing for Balinese luxury, and there was a mother's day special, 40% off. So for the bargain price of $80 CND, we had an afternoon of luxury. The full-body massage took two hours! Then there was the beautiful shower room, the afternoon tea, and it expanded to take up the entire afternoon. (We had the afternoon off from school, we didn't skip!) It was the best massage I've ever had, and the most pampered I've ever felt. But it's too expensive to become a regular indulgence.
