Friday night fun! After a long week, it was time to let my brain go. So we went to the Living Mall to see The Phantom of The Opera movie. While wasting time before hand, we explored the kids floor, which included this amazing invention. The store is laid out in a circle, and they have these large stuffed animal cars, of sorts, for kids to drive around on. What a lovely idea! I had to get a picture - maybe I can bring this new invention to a mall near you! (By the way, they don't move very fast, and you can steer, so there seems to be little chance of shoppers or children being hurt.

First of all, driving stuffed animals seems like a fabulous way to spend a Friday night. Also, what did you think of the movie? I'm trying to decide if I want to go see it while it's still in theatres.
Well, it was exactly like the show. Really, the same order, same songs, etc. But, I did think it was a bit more spectacular being able to see all the facial expressions and having the spectacle be a bit bigger. I think it's definitely worth seeing in theatres, wouldn't be much good on video. And the new singer/actress who plays Christine is really stunning. We argued over the Phantom was too young (since a few of us saw Colm Wilkinson play an older phantom in the stage version).
