I didn't take this - I found it on the internet - but it captures a rainy day in Taiwan. Actually this is an intersection I walk through most days - the green sign on the right is the post office I use (106 is our postal code). It looks like it's of a guy wearing a scooter helmet and raincoat, pushing a food cart. There must be a story.
