For Jill's good-bye meal, all the English teachers (Taiwanese and foreigner) went to the "Parent's Restaurant" for an elegant lunch of dim sum. Well, it was elegant until the chicken feet arrived. Then a new form of barbarianism emerged. Here is Kathleen, digging in. I refrained, for the same reason I avoid chicken wings, so much work to make it through the carnage for very little reward. Kathleen informed me that there is even less 'reward' on chicken feet. I limited my exotic food intake to cow's stomach, quite enough adventure for me. It looked like a honeycomb, and was spongy, as you might imagine.
