Carolyn and Jillian in one of the murky hot, hot springs. We spent about 2 hours 'taking the waters' before we went in for a huge banquet. The whole trip was sponsored by the school's teacher's association, and we were guests. It was a lovely way to spend our half-day off on Friday, and best of all it was all free!

I was picturing the hot springs to be like they were in Korea - everyone naked. I was wondering why you were do excited about going. :) Now I see (to my relief) that people (or maybe just you foreigners?) wear bathing suits.
While in Korea, I couldn't bring myself to go to the hotsprings and be naked in front of all those people.
