The Hot Springs we went to - it had numerous pools, varying from about 12C to 43C. Some were massaging, some were waterfalls. I liked starting cold, going hotter, hotter, then a steam room, then jump into the 12C pool. It was quite the shock to the body - but I like feeling like I have discipline.
